On Saturday, Entertainment Examiner was privy to an exclusive screening of LINES, Amy Jo Johnson's new short film and her second as director.   The short is based on personal events that transpired last year during a routine trip to the filmmaker's dermatologist. According to Johnson, what was expected to be an uneventful visit to have a mole removed ultimately devolved into a disconcerting encounter with a "youth obsessed doctor" who almost instantly, to his patient's dismay, expressed a different aesthetic priority. As we enter into the last few days of this campaign I want to reflect and say OMG!! Everyone has been beyond amazing. The buzz created around LINES is incredibly special and has given this film a life before it's even in the can! We are motivated to create this movie with the energy and support from a fierce team of generous people.
